birthday dot packaging

more fun with office supplies!

the dot garland has been hanging for almost a month, waiting patiently for this birthday celebration. i had plenty of color coding dots left from that project to make some coordinating packaging.

• wrap the presents in plain brown craft paper. the stickers weren't strong enough by themselves to hold the paper together, so i used some double stick tape on the seams.
• write your birthday message, or greeting, on the stickers with a sharpie.

• apply your stickers. i choose to place them along the seam.
• to help keep the spacing between stickers even, apply the first, last and middle. then fill in with the rest.

• use the same technique for spacing the "birthday" stickers.
