• 2 parts pear juice, or nectar
• splash of rosemary simple syrup, to taste (see below)
• 4 parts prosecco

stir together juice and simple syrup. add prosecco and stir!

rosemary simple syrup:

• 1/2 cup agave nectar
• 1 cup water
• 3 small sprigs of rosemary

combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer gently for 5-10minutes. let cool completely before removing rosemary stalks.
