Shining Bracelet Series: Room 237

Well, this addition to the shining bracelet series was much less dramatic than the last attempt. Instead of a direct copy of the rug, it's more of an interpretation.

The most important element of the rug was the curves- which is really difficult to achieve in a friendship format. But this fantastic leaves bracelet tutorial looked close enough.

The first trial only had to be ripped out once, which was a huge improvement from the last bracelet.

All it took to get it right was adding another row of light green strands. This pattern is a really fast tie up- not more than an hour. In the next round of room 237, I'm going to try adjusting this pattern to create fish scales. Slowly, calmly, and without losing my marbles.
