spring punch

my mom used to provide punch for every special occasion when i was a kid. sherbet and soda pop in a huge bowl of fizzy frosty deliciousness. feeling a bit celebratory today, i whipped up a single serving of punch. a few times. and added some sake to take the edge off. nigori sake is unfiltered, which makes it cloudy. it's considered the sweetest of sakes, and is great for mixing in spring cocktails.
- lemon sorbet
- sake (unfiltered is my favorite)
- seltzer
- fresh berries
add a big scoop of sorbet to the glass. pour in a shot of sake, and fill with seltzer to the top. give the drink a stir and garnish with berries.
