tour guide day 2: drag queens and bowling

there are men more fabulous than you. get over it.

to say that i'm struggling right now would be an understatement of epic proportions. this day has wiped me out completely. i'm practically passing out from exhaustion and still loving every second. it all started with a trip to LIPS for brunch.

if you have non-homophobic people visiting you in NYC, for the love of god take them to Lips and laugh until you bust a gut. this was some of the funniest stuff i've seen in my life. i'm crying now just thinking about it. at some moments during the show, i thought i would throw up from laughing. tears. honest to god tears. running down my face throughout the entire performance. i've been here before, but i really wasn't prepared for the level of entertainment during the broadway brunch.

continuing the theme of fairies, we took the east river ferry to williamsburg and ran into the brooklyn flea for a quick browse. where else in new york can you find a latoya jackson album, a stuffed bob cat, miniature plastic charms, and blueberry mint popsicles?

after the flea, we headed for brooklyn bowl to throw some rocks. it must've been our lucky day, because we got a lane without having to wait for 4 hours.

and we capped it all off by eating at my favorite pizzaiolo, paulie gee's. it was a nearly perfect day. now please excuse me while i pass out.
